I'M AUSTIN RAPOSA.

I've spent 15 years training, learning what actually moves the needle and what's just noise. Coaching taught me the rest. How to turn that knowledge into a plan a real person can stick to.

As a Marine Recruiter, I trained college students from all walks of life to reach their max potential and earn their commission as Marine Officers. I learned how to meet people exactly where they are, build a plan around their real lives, and hold them accountable until they hit the goal.

Raposa Performance brings that same individual coaching to you. No gimmicks and no shortcuts. Just a clear system you can hold to and a coach who is genuinely in your corner.

05 Questions

GOOD TO KNOW.

Do I need a gym?+
No. Your program is built around the equipment you have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight. We work with what's realistic for you.
I'm a total beginner. Is this for me?+
Absolutely. I've coached people with zero background up to real standards, and beginners often see the fastest progress with proper guidance. Advanced lifters are welcome too.
How much does coaching cost?+
Coaching is application-based and tailored to you, so we discuss the investment on your consultation once I understand your goals and what you need. Apply and we'll talk specifics.
How is coaching delivered?+
It's fully remote. You'll get your programming, message me directly with questions, send form videos, and we'll do a structured check-in every week.
What's the time commitment?+
Most clients train 3–5 days a week, and your plan is built to fit your schedule. Real change takes consistency, so I recommend committing to at least a few months.
I have an injury or health condition.+
The application includes a health screen so I can coach you safely. If anything flags, I'll ask you to get clearance from your physician first. Raposa Performance provides coaching, not medical care.
